Town of Brutus Municipal Building, 9021 North Seneca Street, Weedsport, NY 13166
Wednesday July 22, 2015 at 7:00pm
Planning Board Members Present: John Abraham (V), Joe Barwinczok (T),
Dave Lipiska (T-Alt), Derek Ostrowski (V&T), Nancy Sweet (V-Alt)
Absent: Don Bowden (T), Frank Gross (V), Jim Scanlon (T), Brenda Suslik (V-Alt), and Norman Wightman (T-Alt)
Also Present: Lynette Murray- Planning Board Clerk.

OPENING:
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm by Chairman Ostrowski who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Chairman Ostrowski asked if there were any questions, additions or deletions to the minutes from the June 24, 2015 meeting. Chairman Ostrowski stated that Alternate Member Sweet will have voting rights for the7-22-15 meeting. Member Abraham motioned to accept 6-24-15 as written. Member Barwinczok seconded the motion. VOTE: 4 ayes; 0 nays. Carried.
The Planning Board had a moment of silence to acknowledge former Town Board member and Planning Board chair, Jim Sullivan.
CORRESPONDENCE/OTHER ITEMS:
- Discussion on Cayuga County Planning Board Training: Member Abraham attended the July 15, 2015 Site Planning Review Training.
- Discussion: Chairman Ostrowski and Member Abraham attended the Cayuga County Planning Board meeting on July 15, 2015 and there were discussions on a campaign to solarize Cayuga County. This is in the early stages to have residence part-take into installing solar panels.
CLOSING:
At 7:30 pm, Member Abraham motioned to adjourn the meeting. Member Barwinczok second the motion. VOTE: 4 ayes; 0 nays. Carried.
