Wednesday *May 25, 2016 June 22, 2016 at 7:00pm

 

Planning Board Members Present: John Abraham (V), Joe Barwinczok (T), Dave Lipiska (T-Alt), Derek Ostrowski (V&T), Jim Scanlon (T) Nancy Sweet (V)

Absent:   Don Bowden (T), Frank Gross (V), Thomas Taylor (T-Alt)

 

Also Present: Lynette Murray— Planning Board Clerk

 

Meeting Attendants: Greg Rigby (Owner of Hidden Greens LLC), Sally Walker (Real Estate Agent and RIZANT CORP. Sub-Division Representative), Tina and Trey Walewski (Owners of MEADOWBROOK GOLF COURSE), Angela Skellington, Town Clerk


OPENING:

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm by Chairman Abraham who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.

 

Chairman Abraham asked if there were any questions, additions or deletions to the minutes from the May 25, 2016 meeting. Member Ostrowski motioned to accept *5-25-15 5/27/16 as written. Member Scanlon seconded the motion. VOTE: 5 ayes; 0 nays. Carried. 

 

7:02 Chairman Abraham called the RIZANT CORP.: PUBLIC HEARING to order.

7:05 Dave Lipiska (T-Alt) arrived to meeting.

 

RIGBY, GREG- (OWNER of HIDDEN GREENS, LLC): PLAT MAP: INTERESTED IN SELLING LOTS AT HIDDEN GREENS: Tax Map #77.00-3-9, 77.00-3-10, 77.00-3-11, 77.00-3-18 and 77.00-2-45.112; approximately 19.6 +/- ACRES; AR District.

 

Mr. Rigby approached the board and revised maps were distributed.

Planning Board members agreed that the revised maps looked good except that the lots were missing the Tax Map numbers as well as maps will need to have a solid line for the lot boundaries.

So in summary the Planning Board members requested the revised map to have the following:

1.     On each parcel, they would like to see the Tax Id along with the LOT number:

a.    Lot 16       77.00-3-16

b.    Lot 2         77.00-3-2

c.    Lot 3         77.00-3-3

d.    Lot 4         77.00-3-4

e.    Lot 5         77.00-3-5

f.     Lot 6         77.00-3-6

2.    All Lot boundary lines must be solid for Lots:  16, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, and 15

3.    Dotted boundary lines remain for Lots:  9, 10, 11, 17, and 18

4.    Label Plat Map:  Subdivision of Road, Tax ID:  77.00-3-99 - Sections: 1 & 2

 

7:18 Mr. Rigby left meeting.

 

RIZANT CORP.: PUBLIC HEARING: 2-LOT SUBDIVISION: PROPERTY LOCATED, 2292 STATE ROUTE 31; TAX MAP #77.00-2-22.3; 26.03 ACRES; RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; FLOOD PLAIN (REPRESENTED by SALLY WALKER)

 

Ms. Sally Walker (Real Estate Agent and Sub-Division representative) approached the board. Planning Board members reviewed the maps submitted. Members did not for see any issues with the revised maps.

 

Clerk Murray advised Ms. Walker that a Mylar map will need to be turned in along with 8 paper copies of the maps that were approved. SEQR form(s) will also need to be completed.

 

Member Ostrowski motioned to approve the maps submitted. Member Sweet second the motion.

VOTE: 5ayes; 0 nays. Carried. 

 

7:24 Member Ostrowski motioned to close the Public Hearing. Member Barwinczok second the motion.

VOTE: 5ayes; 0 nays. Carried. 

 

7:25 Sally Walker left the meeting.


WALEWISKI, TINA AND TREY: INFORMATIONAL: 2-LOT SUBDIVISION: 8702 Ball Rd/8682 Ball Rd; #82.00-1-46.21; 55.60 acres; AR

 

Mr. and Mrs. Walewiski approached the board and is proposing to subdivide their house from the golf course.

 

Members did not for see an issue with the proposed subdivision. Member Ostrowski would like to see an easement written into the revised map to have the house share the driveway, as well as the following:

The mother lot will be # 1 and the new lot(s) would be labeled # 2. In addition, we would like to see the survey map include neighboring properties, along with the property owner names and any existing structures on your proposed subdivision lots, utilities (power lines, fire hydrants, and water line, septic).

 

Clerk Murray will send out a Follow up letter.

 

Member Ostrowski motioned to declare this a 2-lot minor subdivision and lead agency. Member Scanlon second the motion. VOTE: 5ayes; 0 nays. Carried. 

 

 7:45 Mr. and Mrs. Walewiski left the meeting.

  

CORRESPONDENCE/OTHER ITEMS:

 

  • Annual Work Place Violence-Sexual Abuse Training presented by Angela Skellington, Town Clerk.
  • New appointed Town Alternate Thomas Taylor. The town has voted and approved appointing Thomas Taylor as a Town Alternate.

 

CLOSING:

At 8:30 pm, Member Scanlon motioned to adjourn the meeting.  Member Ostrowski seconded the motion.  VOTE: 5 ayes; 0 nays.  Carried.

*Per the 9/26/18 PB meeting minutes, the above noted correction to the 6/22/16 PB minutes "ACCEPT 5/27/15 AS WRITTEN", should be 5/27/16. The updated revision was accepted by a VOTE: 6 ayes; 0 nays.  Carried.
