OPENING:
The meeting was called to
order at 7:00pm by Chairman Ostrowski who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Chairman Ostrowski asked if
there were any questions, additions or deletions to the minutes from the January
25, 2017 meeting. Clerk Murray noted correction to the date at the top should
be January 25, 2017 and not January 25, 2016. Member Barwinczok motioned to accept 1.25.17 minutes with the noted
correction. Member Gross second the motion. VOTE: 6 ayes; 0 nays. Carried.

Front; Flood Zone
7:01 Member Abraham motioned to call the Public hearing
to order. Member Barwinczok second the
motion. VOTE: 6 ayes; 0 nays. Carried.
Mr.
Corrado and Ms. Monell approached the board and revised plans were distributed.
Chairman
Ostrowski addressed concerns regarding the lot being cut off by the pond and suggested the final survey having
border lines follow the Road that is the entrance into the premise; include an
easement for use. Members are concerned for the long term and if this parcel should
ever be sold. Plans will be brought to Code Enforcement Officer Tim Ganey for review
and any other input.
Chairman
Ostrowski asked board members if there were any further question or concerns.
There were no further comments.
7:40 Member Abraham motioned to close the Public
hearing. Member Gross second the motion.
VOTE: 6 ayes; 0 nays. Carried.
Member Barwinczok motioned to accept the
preliminary plat with the planning boards noted advice of moving the lot line
away from the pond. Member Gross second
the motion. VOTE: 6 ayes; 0 nays. Carried.
Chairman
Ostrowski will meet with Code Enforcement Officer Tim Ganey and advise Mr.
Corrado any further concerns.
To
finalize the sub-division Mr. Corrado was advised that a notarized authorization
of responsibility form will need to be completed and survey maps with a mylar
will need to be turned in for the 3.22.17 planning board meeting.
7:45 Mr. Corrado and Ms. Monell left the meeting.

CORRESPONDENCE/OTHER ITEMS:
- Discussion on Solar Farms: Chairman Ostrowski and Member Gross will be
working together and draft up a plan. Members would like to see the
ordinance include stipulations where the power stays local and to make
certain there is adequate and efficient storage capabilities.
CLOSING:
At 8:00 pm, Member Abraham motioned to adjourn the
meeting. Member Sweet seconded the
motion. VOTE: 6 ayes; 0 nays. Carried.
