OPENING:
The meeting was called to
order at 7:00pm by Co-Chairman Gross who also led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Co-Chairman Gross asked if
there were any questions, additions or deletions to the minutes from the May 24,
2017 meeting. Member Abraham motioned to
accept the 5.24.17 minutes as written. Member Scanlon second the motion. VOTE: 5
ayes; 0 nays. Carried.
- CRAFT,
ANDREA: PROPOSED 2-LOT SUB-DIVISION; 8961 Jackson St; #77.17-1-49; 66 x
384.65 acres; Res Zone
Robert
Sickler approached the board. Appointed representative.
Documents
of proposed Village Sub-division distributed. Mr. Sickler proposed to
sub-divide the back section of the property located at 8961 Jackson Street.
Eventually sell the proposed lot to the Wasilenko’s located at 8976 Seneca
Street N. (TAX Map#77.17-1-43). Planning Board member’s noted that they would
like to see the proposed sub-division line more squared up to a lot located at
2731 Cottage Park (TAX Map# 77.17-1-45) to make it conform to all the
surrounding properties.
Clerk
Murray provided Mr. Sickler a sub-division application. Mr. Sickler was advised
that our board acts as an advisory board to the Village for Sub-divisions and
this will need to go to the Village Board for further review and completion.
No
further concerns or questions.
Member Abraham motioned to approve the
subdivision with the noted correction to square up the proposed lot with the
lot located at 2731 Cottage Park (TAX Map# 77.17-1-45). Member Bowden second
the motion. VOTE: 5 ayes; 0 nays. Carried.
7:15 Robert Sickler left the meeting
Clerk Murray will follow up with a
letter to the Village with Planning Board Recommendations.
CORRESPONDENCE/OTHER ITEMS:
- Discussion on Solar Farms
(proposed ordinance): Sample
documents distributed to Planning Board Members. Co-Chairman Gross asked
for members to review and make any notes or suggestion to be discussed at
the September 27, 2017 Planning Board Meeting.

8:10 pm, Member Abraham motioned to adjourn the meeting. Member Scanlon seconded the motion. VOTE: 5 ayes; 0 nays. Carried.
